Aslm this was my 2nd month on seamoss, and I have noticed a change in my mood, I had more energy, my menstrual cycle was better - less crampy, I felt fuller for longer, my craving for sweets was very seldom - I've lost 5 kgs without doing any heavy workout. My blood pressure is normal alhamdulillah. Ive been struggling with hair loss since my 20's and my hair started to get thicker and longer.
