I have been using shilajit for almost a month npw. I have low blood. My bp has never been so good and stable alhamdulilaah. I dont get floaters or blackouts. I can move around in the heat. And i do not hyperventalate. A plus point is that i sleep like a baby. Highly recommended😁 10/10
